  • Full name, mobile number, and email address (for account registration)
  • Insurance policy details you enter to process payments (policy number, insurer name)
  • Payment transaction details (amount, date, BBPS reference number)
  • Device and usage information (IP address, browser type) for security purposes

What we do NOT collect or store:

  • Credit/debit card numbers
  • UPI PINs or net banking passwords
  • CVV or OTP values
  • Bank account credentials

  • To process and confirm your insurance premium payments
  • To send transaction confirmations and receipts
  • To respond to your support queries
  • To maintain transaction records as required by law
  • To improve our platform and prevent fraud

  • BBPS Network & Payment Gateways — to process your premium payment transaction
  • Insurance Companies — policy and payment details required to credit your premium
  • Regulatory Authorities — if required by law or court order

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes.
